Greg Iles is a New York Times bestselling author. He was born in Stuttgart, Germany, but spent most of his childhood in Mississippi and graduated from the University of Mississippi. An accomplished musician,  Gred was a guitarist and singer for the rock band Frankly Scarlet. In 2004, he won the Richard Wright Award for Literary Excellence. He lives in Natchez, Mississippi.
